The staff was very friendly, and sitting outside was pleasant when weather permitted. Breakfast offered many options for £10 per person with free breakfast for one child per paying adult. I found the grounds lovely. The leisure facilities were convenient for my needs.
I had limited access to leisure facilities, which allowed either an evening swim or a morning swim but not both. This restriction impacted my ability to fully utilize the amenities .

the reception was warm and efficient staff handled my late check-in smoothly the room was spacious and clean it had good amenities i especially appreciated the on-site parking it was convenient for my rental car and saved time i could relax knowing my car was safe i found tasty options at breakfast with friendly service.
the room's decor was a bit dated and could use updating i found the style slightly old-fashioned.

I loved the garden view from my secluded room. It felt very private! the front desk team welcomed me warmly with complimentary bucks fizz. spa facilities were amazing, also games and books were a nice touch in the lounge.
the restaurant was a bit cold during the evening.

the room was modern and comfortable.
the noise from a party outside went on until midnight. breakfast was cold. i also observed staff complaining about another member in the dining area. no bar staff were present, and i had to ring the bell several times before someone arrived.

The staff exhibited great friendliness, showing genuine care.. I found easy parking close to the entrance. We appreciated this aspect. The hotel had a pleasant, quiet atmosphere .

the room was very clean and pleasing warm. furniture felt good. the bathroom had all i needed. breakfast had tip-top choice and lovely service from helpful staff. surroundings were beautiful maintained with friendly staff.
the walk to the room was a de-merit, it was perhaps too harsh.

it feels like you are on the countryside away from the city center. the truth is, it's like 10-15 minutes away from city center. the hotel is very close to many local attractions.
